We offer quality products at an affordable price, however we understand that sometimes products are faulty. We can provide a full-refund for your product if it is faulty within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure you have a receipt of purchase upon your return.

If you see, or hear of a product you wish for us to order that isn't on our shelves, such as a box of cigars, pipe tobacco, a pipe, ect: We ask that you pre-pay in full before we order the requested item. This protects our investment in the product that might not go on the shelf-but also ensures that when you come in, we can hand you your product for a quick and easy transaction!
